      Coordinator Interview

      17 Feb 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Montreal, QC
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sid Lee (Montreal, QC) in Dec 2024

      Interview

I was reached out to by email initially and went through a screening interview followed by an interview with who would be a direct manager. The second interview was very casual and felt more like a conversation. I was told to let them know if I was still interested after the interview, which was odd but I did so regardless. Weeks went by and I decided to follow up for more information. No response at all. I found this to be extremely unprofessional. It was clear it had nothing to do with my experience considering I was told I was overqualified. Nonetheless, it's imperative to get back to candidates instead of ghosting. It seemed quite unprofessional which is shocking from such a well known highly regarded company.
