I applied online. Then I was contacted to have an interview with the fellowship manger. I was asked about my background research related to the position and so forth. The interview went well and she was very friendly. Two weeks later I was invited for second interview. It was mostly about getting to know the team members.

The interview was quite relaxed and informal. The PI and I primarily discussed former, ongoing and potential projects in the laboratory. I was asked some questions about my background and career goals.
