SickKids Foundation interview questions

They email to schedule a call based on your application. Screening call with a recruiter before moving to an in-person/virtual interview. They asked a series of general questions to get a idea of whether you would fit and if you have any questions about the job/company. It was well organized.

Did multiple rounds of interviews and made it to final round, it was obvious they had another candidate at the same stage but they ghosted me until internal candidate accepted and dragged me along. There was a big lack of transparency and communication throughout.
