Sicap interview questions

Sales are directly interviewed by the CEO. Should the position be reporting into one of the regional directors, the candidate is interviewed by this person as well. HR is also involved, depending from the country, with more or less weight into the decision process. It is a very fair process, open communication and relatively short time to decision.

4 interviews sessions of 2 hours and 30 mins. Just awful. HR is arrogant outdated and irrelevant. I met so many ppl 'in charge' so I wonder if anyone really works in the company
