I received an interview weeks after submitting my application. I did a phone screening that went well and was asked to meet with the hiring manager the next day. During that interview, I was told I was moving on to a third interview with the team. I didn't hear back about scheduling for a few days, so I followed up via email. Still didn't hear back. Finally, over a week later I heard back that there was feedback from the hiring manger for me. I told them I was available to talk that the afternoon. I still have not heard back. There is an obvious lack of communication happening with the company and this interviewing process was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
