I applied online through their website. After a week later they got back to me. After that interwier lady want me to fill some word and take a video to describe why I want to work there.

Interviewer lady was not expert in her field. Obviously she didn’t want to spare her time to interview with interviewee over skype or hangout. She absurdly wanted to me fill some words and take video to why I want to work there.
