Got opportunity to attend interview through online job searching platform. It took 1 week to complete the interview. Whole process has done at Shore office, Kavuri hills Hyderabad. Firstly normal H.R round which is followed by long written exam which has 60 questions mainly concentrated of Financial statements Analyses and little bit general logical reasoning. Third round is taken by team lead which is resume driven. fourth round is with Director which is toughest round of whole process started with do you know about job role and mostly concentrated on Financial statement analysis. After completing these rounds then said final round will be with client and said to come after 4 days. Client round is just formal round asking about the things in resume. After that H.R said he will get back when client intimates but never called back. Even after multiple attempts from my side he used to say client didn't said anything so keeping your candidature in hold. After 2 months he called again for a round of interview and didn't intimated yet. From my experience i can say there is no work process in that company and taking applicant for granted. H.R is too unprofessional that he simply drop your call if you are calling from your number he will attend only if you are calling from some anonymous number.
