Shoptimised Business Development Manager interview questions

Telephone interview followed by a face to face. Very warm and welcoming with a relaxed environment. There were no competency based questions, just really interested in getting to know me.

Very organised with excellent communication. Progress from initial application to interview and selection didnt take weeks it took days. Interview was informal and didnt require ridiculous star competence based assessment or panels of people. Made to feel human and at ease. Other employers should take note.
