No interview. They were hiring many people to be baggers since it was a new process. The lines were too long since cashiers had to bag items so they hired baggers to speed up the lines for customers. They hired literally anyone. They just told us about how things were done.

Very laid back, like a conversation. Questions answered on phone, at the interview the manager just gives you papers to fill out (tax forms, etc.) Nothing to stress about tbh.
