I had a pair programming session. The session lasted for around one hour and a half. I wasn’t able to ask questions about the role because I didn’t meet the hiring manager (so, I wasn’t even sure I was going to be good fit or if I wanted the role…), Besides getting the impression that the role doesn’t exist there was a lot of hesitation when the interviewer tried to answer questions about the layoffs.
