Has changed since I applied, you do a general application, then a video recording, then a live interview, then a technical interview, references then offer is presented. The video recording is meant to eliminate bias within the hiring process, not sure how well that has been working out as you still have to do a live interview with a recruiter but overall an interesting interview - fairly easy for this position
