Multiple step interview covering a wide range of abilities. Mix of in person, and hand written answers. I heard back rather quickly offering me a job, but I declined due to another offer at a different company with a higher salary.

The first Interview was on phone interview. I did not pass through to next stage of the process, which was an online test. After that would be another formal interview.
