Interview
I was asked to talk about my life story in the first round and meet my soon-to-be manager in the next round. The first interview was more to find a culture or personality fit for the company while the second was more to see if I would be a right fit for the specific role.
After CV screening, its OA with a CCAT test that is 40 questions 20 minutes and a coderpad with 3 questions solved with C++, preferred language and ruby. Medium level LeetCode problems
Three rounds, first a interview with a team member, then a technical interview with an engineer, and finally the life story interview with a recruiter. However, there was a lengthy application process before being offered an interview.
Had a few calls to meet people, was fairly smooth. Met several key people from the company during the process. They wanted to get a feel of my technical skills but also communication skills.
