Bombarded with many questions in 30 mins. Strong knowledge of campaign marketing would be good. Sounds like they wanted someone who understood how everything worked already. This was simply HR round.

HR phone screening > set interview time > call with hiring manager and team manager > HR get back within 1 week for offers ; total process about 1 to 1.5 months till official offer letter signing
quick and effective, very supportive and open. overall a nice experience for the interview, the user was very nice and also eager to learn about what i can do. definitely one of those good experiences you have at job seeking. i ended up taking the job
2 HR attended the first interview; the junior one was just following script and the senior HR guided the junior on what to say… didn’t make the role sound very exciting. After that was tasked to do excel test and didn’t went past this stage.
