Applicants must take a 15-minute exam on English proficiency and basic excel skills. Upon passing, this is followed by three levels of interviews: HR and two hiring managers. All one week apart.

HR reaches out for interview schedules and you get around 2-3 interviews. The interviewers are either leads or managers of the teams and they really focus on your understanding of the role. They also ask situational questions for easy scenarios and scenarios where you have to think beyond the box.
The interview was a three-stage process. These levels test one's personality, which consists of personal and situational questions. The flow would depend on one's interviewer. All the interviewee needs to do is know the position he/she is applying for and be confident in his/her skills and credentials.
