I applied as as GLP online via Shopee's LinkedIn page. A day after or sooner, I got email saying I am shortlisted and invited to do a Q & A session. The same email explained that there are three rounds: 1A, 1B, 1C, 2, and 3. Round 1A (online test) which I did consists of questions about GMAT, Math, and Logical Reasoning. It takes around 90 minutes to finish it.  It will require a video response -- so you know you need to look professional on cam. And oh boy, I tell you, it's hard if you are not prepared for it (which I wasnt, regretfully). There were basically questions you'd get at your senior high school years but honestly... I couldn't recall any of it. But to be honest, they gave me three days to prepare for Round 1A. So if you would like to apply as GLP, you need to: (1) familiarize with GMAT online before the test; (2) prepare, prepare, prepare. Don't be like me who freezed in front of my laptop not knowing what to answer.
