Interview
Applied online, HR got back and set up an online test. Gave the 3 hour test online. Got through, HR scheduled an interview on weekend. Made me wait for around 1.5 hours at the venue and finally the interviewer made me walk through my resume for 10 mins and sent me back.
Don't take our time for granted, our time is precious too. Resume walk through should be the first thing done even before the online test.

Interview
Had a written test followed my 2 technical interview, 1 interview with director, 1 with manager and then 1 hr round. All went well except the hr guys didn't keep their words. I was alreat holding an offer of 3X (X is my current salary) and I clearly mentioned in the beginning than I am looking for at least similar to it but no less. They agreed. Now after all interview they are saying they can give only 20% hike as per policy. If you can't keep your words then don't waste others time
