Application filled out on paper and turned into store. Manager decides who gets interview. Typically 1 interview with the manager. Interview will be in store with job offer or follow up later on.

I called and asked if they were hiring. They said yes and to come in and fill out an application. I came in and filled out the application. The manager looked at it right then and there. He asked very basic questions about my experience and availability. I was offered the job on the spot.

Very basic things like "What makes good customer service?"
Walked in and was greeted and was taken to the back and the manager asked different questions from a list of questions. That were pretty standard. Then went over the responsabilities

Super easy just be yourself and dress comfortably but still casual . It won’t last long at all . They’ll ask a few questions and if they like you they will hire you .
