Sent off cv got an interview went amazing I would say lasted over an hour, she went into depth with everything, she said I gave great answers other interviewees never gave. Said she would contact me about the trade test and I heard nothing, completely GHOSTED. You shouldn’t get people’s hopes up if you’re going to tell them you’ll contact them and you’re not going to. I feel as though they drag interviews out for their own entertainment, so they don’t have to work on the shop floor. So unprofessional to no send a quick email. Also the trade test was the following morning an hours drive away. Most people work and cant just take time off that easily or get childcare without atleast a few days to a weeks notice.
