Interview
There was a 1-on-1 interview, and then about 6 finalists were called in to do a day of teachers' training. It was a full-day, unpaid day. The training was interesting and people seemed nice, but they never got back to me with an answer or feedback (and I have been in contact with at least one other finalist who has also been met with radio silence). This is disrespectful after asking for an unpaid day of our time for training.

Interview
I answered a few questions online asked in the job ad. It took a little over 3 weeks to hear back from them. Phoned me for an interview and I had my first one-on-one interview which went really well. Showed me around, very positive and they sold the job to me just as much as I was selling myself to be employed by them. After that, they phoned me for a second interview where I met the teachers and office staff. I think it was to see how I would fit in with the office culture. Everyone was really nice and the process was quite casual.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Shillington College (London, England) in Dec 2015
Interview
2 interviews - the first with the UK Director and the Second with the CEO a few days later. The interview with the CEO was needlessly intimidating and condescending. I was asked to complete a design brief that was then completely disregarded. His tone was very rude and made me feel like I didn't even deserve to be having the interview with him. Unsure why he even hired me.
