I applied online. I interviewed at Shields Environmental (Purfleet, England)
Interview
Pretty good a few hoops to jump through which you should expect in a decent hiring process these days. Love their 'Shields You' showcase idea. It seems daunting but it's genuinely just to find out more about you on a personal level rather than to judge you on. If you got to this stage I'd say you're doing pretty well. Not consistent across the business at times but the HR team do a fab job and are working on consistency too.

Question 1
It was a long time ago to recall questions but it was lots of the standard stuff really. No major curve balls for my type of role. The best bit of the interview was the conversations after counter questions.
