The process began with a light phone screen. The discussion was on their project and the structure of their business. This was followed by another call and we set a time for me to interview onsite. Before the interview the hiring manager asked me to connect to her on LinkedIn.

Had an interview with the hiring manager, then a few team members. Some were no-shows, and one was the person that was leaving. Delayed several times after waiting on a response. Tried to follow-up a few times with the recruiter and hiring manager, but ghosted.

There was a phone screening and then virtual interview. The interviewer proceeded to interview me in his car while someone else was driving (also listening to the whole thing) and said he would get back to me within the next week and ghosted me.
Takes a little while, phone interview, then store visit, then interview with district manager.
Pretty straightforward, asks about work situations.
Cares a lot about student involvement.
Takes a little while to respond about an offer or just general questions.
