Interview
I called to get more information about the company/work environment/pay/benefits/employee retention for a job posting. Very normal questions. Recruiter told me that type of information was available further into interview process, then proceeded to rapid-fire questions about work history and more specifically manufacturing/warehouse/industrial work history.
The 1:1 interview was basically the same questions and answers. Was told wage/wage increase "potential".

Question 1
The main subject that the recruiter was focused on was availability for overtime. When I asked about the company retention rate or work environment (common questions), the recruiter was visibly/audibly annoyed, collected her papers and basically said "do you want the job or not?" I'm not sure if this is what to expect with this specific company, the recruiting company, or just this specific recruiter but, it left left a sour taste and seemed a bit shady.
It was fairly easy and simple. They called me in and he asked me the basic question asked. Also, I was able to pick my shift. I got the job on the spot
