Interview
Received an email from a recruiter to set up a phone interview and was asked questions regarding education, previous work experience. Followed up a week later and was set up for store visit. Thats where you take the store visit guide and ask the store managers the questions from the guide. Finally was set up for a final interview with the regional district manager where he just asked what my goals were and what im looking for and was offered the job the same day.

Interview
Multiple interviews one with a recruiter and one with a city manager but mostly questions about yourself, more general and background questions with a few personal experience questions. Overall a seamless process.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Tampa, FL) in Jan 2022
Interview
the interviewer didn't really care and was on the phone during the interview and made me wait over a month just to hear from them to schedule an interview. when I showed up the person didn't remember me and only asked me questions about personal life and not much about the job.

Interview
Was very easy and comfortable. You will be doing a phone interview asking basic customer service questions, in store interview with a store manager, and a video chat with the district store manager. If you’re calm and amicable there would be no way to not get hired.
