Sherry Matthews Group interview questions

The initial phone interview was with one of the VPs. It was a pretty brief call as it immediately felt as if she had better things to do. She explained the nature of the position and asked about my experience. Then I was invited in for an in-person interview where I took a writing skills test and met with 3 other VPs/Account Execs. They didn't ask too many formal or difficult questions just asked about my experience and spoke more on the role.

Applied online and got the call for an interview with a group of four current employees. They spoke most of the time, not actually asking a lot of questions. More talking at me about current events and processes. Thought the interview went well, and knew I had the background and skills they were looking for. I only heard back from them after 4 follow up attempts (contacting multiple people) and a month later. Terrible experience to be told you weren't chosen only because you were persistent enough to keep inquiring. Very unprofessional.
