It was really friendly and informative. No tricky questions and they have got back to me within a few days. Sadly, the salary they offered was way lower than what I have asked for during the interview.

Standard interview apart from a brief moment alone with the partner prior to interview in a place where no one could hear him, where he essentially started putting me down on my portfolio. I was very confused as to why I was being invited to an interview if they weren’t happy with me portfolio. I later found out other coworkers that this they did frequently to try and get employees to accept lower salaries.

Interview
The people I met were friendly, open and did a good job of putting me at ease. It started promptly, and they gave me a tour of the office afterwards. It felt quite conversational rather than a test, which I really appreciated.
