Shell Senior Project Engineer interview questions

Phone interview with hiring manager and HR representative. The whole interview process lasted about 1.5 hours. There were a lot of questions on your contribution on previous jobs, how you handled conflict, your weaknesses etc. There weren't any specific technical questions. They asked about your career ambitions and salary expectations.
