I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Shell (London, England) in Feb 2024
Interview
Assessment center, case study + 2 interviews. Case study is 2.5 hours long, they ask you to review business investments, justify your reasons and recommendations. Interviews are personal question, know yourself well.
Holistic hirevue with a lot of behavioral questions: e.g why Shell, why trading, tell us about a challenge you faced, tell us about a time where you had to learn quick, etc... This was over 1 month a half go and still have received no news.
