I applied online and got a confirmation on the interview after 20 days. The first round was telephonic interview which focussed on 3 main competency areas and took about 45 minutes. It was quite basic ranging questions from my current role to some challenging experiences and how it was handled etc.. After a few days I got a call for the final assessment. On the interview day, I arrived early as the interview was scheduled at 8 AM but it started off late as the coordinator was late - not a good start I would say. There were 2 persons from US who took the interview and it lasted for 90 minutes and the questions were mainly behavioral related with very less technical questions (maybe around 2 or 3).
