Interview
First there was an online test on Mettl platfrom. It consisted of a total of 57 questions (25 aptitude, 30 SQL and other basic CS questions and 2 coding questions). The coding questions I got were Marbles & bowls and Windows ALT+TAB.
Then out of 350 people there were 30 shortlisted.
Then there were skype interviews the day after and on the same day 18 people were selected and fortunately I was one of them.

Interview
Self video screening interview and then only the select candidates move forward with actual interview. It seems very few are filtered through AI filtering. They tell you if you aren't selected within few days.
The first round is a general screening with two components. the first is multiple choice where you are put in plausible situations at work regarding following guidelines. Then there is a personality quiz, and finally 3 prerecorded interview questions with unlimited attempts

They first took an assesment of my behavioural compatability and other such information, technical round is usually conducted later after the above assesment to see if you can fit in the company culture
