Applied through the Shell website online. Passed a one hour phone interview a few weeks later. Passed recruitment day a few months later in The Hague which included a technical presentation.

Please describe the chemical process in your presentation.
Fairly basic nothing that will catch you off guard often done with a manager and Human Resources not to many job specific questions mostly just how you handle work place conflict and what you think about D&I

Interview
Very friendly, they were relaxed and asked me questions about my personal experience with the software to be used within the position itself. As such, I believe that this would also reflect on how they are as a company as well
