Interview
Step 1. Uploading CV, filling personal details, etc.
Step2. Online Assessment and Video Interview. They are using cubick talent management solution for the online assessment and HireVue for Video Interview. The online assessment was not an easy one and shortly timed, you have to be well-prepared for this whilst the video interview was just a few typical behavioral questions (your background, why shell, how you handle challenges, etc.) .
Step3. How I wish.... (from a friend of mine) If you pass step 2, you are invited to the assessment center where the conventional face-to-face interview .
The Shell interview process was pretty thorough and definitely gave me a good sense of the company culture.
The AI video interview, was a few pre-recorded questions. I had a limited amount of time to prepare my answers,

Interview
Three-part interview with cognitive assessment, video recording and panel interview. I got to the second stage and am still in progress for the third panel interview according to their website.

Had to play several games online which test your abilities. The games were fairly easy and quick. At the end of the game, they will show your result and analysis
