They contacted me to have an interview by phone. Once I did the first interview I had the second one the next day also by phone. They were punctual in both.

Once you apply through shell Career's website or through any referral - If HR folks shortlist your profile, you can expect the call in 30-45 days time frame. Then HR will schedule interview.
