It is a chemical plant so safety was very important. Also you must show them you are a realiable person and you can work well with a team. Just relax and be honest because if you are not you will mess up.They will want to know that you don't mine working shift work.

This interview was the same as all other operator interviews. They ask operational and situational questions. You go through teams of people all in one day at an offsite facility.
Ok it was my first time going on and interview like this but I feel confident if I get another chance everything will work it self out in a positive way. The guys on the board was really nice.

Group interview with 2 current operators. Very relaxed with prepared questions. They want to see how you interact with others and what you know about the position. The interview is about minutes and again everone is very nice.
