I received a phone call, where I was asked standard questions such as why do you want to work for Shell Canada, why should we hire you. My salary expectations were above what was allocated for this position.
It was challenging I made it through 2 panel interviews, there were 3 interviews to get hired. The 2nd interview was with 7 people. It felt like overkill for an executive assistant job.

Initial screening from recruitment agency, in person interview with hiring manager and peer. Competency based questions and discussion about what the team does. Lasted less than hour. Very professional and welcoming.
