Interview
There is very process for hiring. I actually got reference and they asked only few basic questions about availability, salary expected, previous experience and education. They really don't care about anything but only experience count.

Really fast and simple. Asked about availability and work history. No questions were really asked. Got a tour of the facility and was told what I would be doing if I were to accept the job.
Went with papers, chat a little with a manager in nice atmosphere, She sured She will call, and She did. Started working the very next day. I worked at few Shell stations in area that time
Great it was not long they just wanted to know where I worked and if I could count and I could kuckily so then I got the job which was nice it was quick and easy
