Overall interview process was smooth and communication with recruiter before and after the process was great. I had one, in-person interview that lasted approximately 20 minutes. Standard questions relating to cash handling and customer service were used.

Interview
The interview was awkward, both the Bank Manager and IT Manager were in the room and seemed uncomfortable. They read questions from a sheet of paper and seemed confused when I asked about certain aspects of the job.
