I applied online. I interviewed at Sheffield Hallam University in May 2022
Interview
It was a great process online, I met my supervisors and had a discussion about the project and how my skills and my past experiences would fit in with the role.
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sheffield Hallam University (Sheffield, England) in Aug 2025
Interview
I spoke with two representatives who explained that they were planning to build an app and were looking for a software developer to assist. They stated that the role would be paid at minimum wage for approximately 100 hours, with the expectation of delivering a finished product. Any additional hours required would be unpaid. They asked whether I was comfortable with these terms and requested details about my experience, as well as samples of my previous work, which I provided.
