Sheetz Associate Programmer interview questions

Super easy process to go through. Started with a coding exam which was SQL for me, then went to a standard video interview with HR recruiter. Mine was super nice, really easy questions, mostly just learning your tech stack + behavioral. Next was the hiring manager + a lead developer. Easy questions, not really any technical. Mostly behavioral + experiences. Last was with hiring manager + 2 team members. Just went through your resume and asked behavioral. All in all, super easy process and really enjoyable for me.

It was very laid back. Interviewers we’re really nice. A mix of behavioral and technical questions, but nothing too complicated. There are 3 rounds. OA, phone call, zoom call. Everything was laid back. Nothing to be afraid about
