Had a single interview with a principal shortly after being connected via a recruiter a number of years back. We went over my resume/portfolio then I was given an office tour. Went well, everyone was kind, and it was only a few days after that I was given a job offer.

Good, friendly conversation, lots of information about the company direction and potential for growth, location, licensure. Very up front and flexible about working methods, genuinely interested in work experience. Seems to be an excellent company
