First you meet with a member of the team and have general conversation, then HR, then the manager of the team, then the president of the company. The issue is they lack communication. Reached out to multiple people and they never responded

multiple interviews all relatively easy. Met with different levels of employees to learn more about the role and the company. Everyone was friendly and asked direct questions. They seem to care about the role they are hiring for.
