Was hired through agency first so given over the phone information, then brought in for an in person interview with the agency where I spoke to an SI member over the phone, as well. Then met with an actual SI person. Even though typing it out sounds like a lot (to meet the min word requirement), this process was actually very easy and straight to the point.
