Unfortunately, my interview experience with SharpenCX was less than ideal. Across the few interviews I had, it often felt as though my presence was a burden on the interviewer. There was a consistent lack of preparation from their side, and on multiple occasions, the interviewer found ways to delegate parts of the interview to others. This demonstrated a level of unprofessionalism that was disappointing.
Furthermore, I never received any follow-up communication regarding the job after my interviews. A lack of closure or feedback is not only frustrating for candidates but also reflects poorly on the company's hiring process.
While I had hoped for a more positive experience, the process felt disorganized and disrespectful of my time as a candidate. I believe there are significant opportunities for SharpenCX to improve its candidate experience by ensuring interviewers are prepared and that all applicants receive timely communication, regardless of the outcome.
