      Quality Assurance Analyst Interview

      22 Apr 2015
      Anonymous employee
      New York, NY
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Sharp Decisions (New York, NY) in Feb 2013

      Interview

I was hired as part of Sharp Decisions' VETS program. The requirement was that I had served as a post 9/11 veteran in the United States military. I was contacted by Sharp via phone, and confirmed some basic information so that details of the position could be sent to me through e-mail, and an initial interview by phone could be set up. Afterwards, I went to the main office for a face to face interview with management. I was asked to speak briefly about my overall job experience in the armed forces, and then I was given a thorough explanation of the VETS program, Sharp's consultant services, business conduct, and benefits. Shortly thereafter, I was informed that I was hired, and I began filling out the necessary documents right away. As a side note, I'd like to mention that Sharp does not prefer one branch or background over the other. Whether you were a communications technician in the Air Force, a vehicle mechanic in the Marines, a logistics specialist in the Navy, or an infantry member in the Army, it's your core values and work ethic that matter to Sharp.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

They asked me to talk a little about my experience in the armed forces.
