I had a phone screen, and then they brought me in to meet with a bunch of different people. The in- person interview was awful. First of all, they kept me waiting for over 30 minutes. Apparently the first woman I was scheduled to meet with was "busy." I actually overhead the HR person tell her I was there (after I had been waiting for over 30 minutes mind you). And her exact words were, "I don't have time to meet with her." Well, thanks for bringing me in then! And, more importantly, thanks for making me wait for a half hour, too.
Then, the HR lady finally called me in to speak with her (since lady #1 was too busy for me) and legit rips apart my resume. She didn't like the way I formatted it. I met with 3 more people after her. The last guy had me meet with him in a stuffy, small room with very dim lighting. I yawned a couple times, and he made some comment about how he would stop boring me soon. Dude, it's hot and dark in here. I can't help letting out a couple of yawns.
Needless to say, I didn't get the job. And, you know what, after the way these people treated me, I wouldn't have taken it. I was pissed when I left this place. I actually now boycott Shark and Ninja products because of how much I hate this place.
Oddly enough, a recruiter from there actually contacted me like 3 years later about a different position. I kindly sent her an email explaining how awful my first experience interviewing there was and that I was not interested. I never heard from her again.
