Very relaxed. Applied online and called and got an interview the next day. It was relaxed, we went over my resume and then got asked a few questions and then got a more in-depth job description.

Interview
Interview was brief and informal. I had worked at the company previously, so this was to be expected. However, my previous experience didn't seem to be a deciding factor in the manager's decision, and I was rejected.
