There were only 2 interviews prior to the job offer, one for the initial/culture-fit interview and another for the technical interview. The initial interview was conducted in a relaxed environment and felt very much like a casual conversation. The technical interview was also conducted in a relaxed environment with questions mostly about my resume, followed by a quick general programming problem where I had to share my screen.
