The approval process is lengthy and time taking.

Interview
There were 2 technical rounds. First round was with a tech lead. It involved questions around AI/ML along with basic coding questions. Second round was with hiring manager, again some technical and behavioral questions.
The selection process consisted of two interview rounds conducted through campus placement.
Round 1: Initial screening focusing on basic technical knowledge, understanding of core subjects, and general aptitude.
Round 2: Final interview assessing practical understanding, problem-solving ability, and overall suitability for the role, along with HR-related discussions.
The interview process was good. There was no stress interview. It was more like discussion with the panel members. The process was very interactive with the panel members. Liked the overall experience
