Shamrock Trading Corporation interview questions

I went through three rounds of interviews for this role and invested significant time preparing for each stage. While the initial process seemed promising, the final interview felt unstructured and not very professional. The questions were random, with no clear flow or break between topics, which came across as disorganized and somewhat amateur. Unfortunately, after multiple rounds, I received a rejection without much clarity or constructive feedback. The process could be improved by better respecting candidates’ time and ensuring a more structured and professional interview experience. I appreciated the opportunity to interview, but overall the experience was disappointing.
