Shady Side Academy interview questions

Expect a phone call with the Head and then department Chair first. The on-campus interview is a day-long experience that features multiple interviews with administrators and teachers, a practice lesson, an observation, and a campus tour.

Interviews are short and miss supplemental information i find key in the hiring process to make a good decision. They focus on generic aspects of teaching so it is hard to gauge how well you are or are not doing. If given the opportunity i would accept a role but it is unclear where i stand within the process currently.
